Residence Inn by Marriott Stillwater

“Hotel is under going renovations. I appreciate the hotel doing this. With that said, I did experience some issues, mostly resolved by hotel staff. When I checked in my first room was not ready bed wasnt made and room loiked like housekeeping just forgot it. The front desk got me another. It was better, however when room was cleaned, every 2nd day, all that was done was bed made, linen not changed just made. Trash under kitchen sink was never emptied. Also the door was sticking lioks like some type of glue around door frame very loud to open door, to be fair I didnt report to desk. All in all good stay not the best but by far not the worst.”

“Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Pros: Great location, helpful & friendly front desk, spacious room and a pool that was actually heated. Cons: trash and recycle were not emptied and drain in the shower was backed up so if you aren't quick then the water gets up to your ankles (because of this, the tub needs a good scrub down). We had somewhere to be by 9:30am, came back around 10:50am and the key was already deactivated, even though check-out isn't until noon. Front desk was nice about it and reactivated the keys so we could pack up.”

“We stayed here recently for a graduation and had an exceptional experience! Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was perfect and easy to find. Staff were wonderful and we especially loved Katrina, the morning breakfast/dining hostess. Katrina treated everyone so kindly as if we were guests in her home. She is a truly an asset to the Marriott team and a gem of a person!”
